CMB Fitness INC represents who I am; that ability to erase the words “I can’t” from one’s vocabulary and life. My disability has challenged me and I overcame each and every obstacle. It’s time I shared that with others.

With over thirty years experience in Education and Fitness, I hold three degrees:

• BS Slippery Rock University (Health & Physical Education)
• MA New York University (Athletic Administration & Sports Science)
• MA Fairleigh Dickinson University (Educational Leadership)

I am also a motivational speaker with media experience, Olympic Torchbearer, Triathlon champion and physically challenged athlete.

I’ve completed the Ironman in Hawaii, multiple world championship races and marathons.

i have been honored for my work by the NFL, Henry H. Kessler Foundation, Time Warner, USA Triathlon, The World Triathlon Corporation and received the Gene Autry Courage Award amongst many others.
